Troubleshooting / movie won’t play

Having problems? Movie not playing? Reported a movie but don’t see the new one? Check this post for help!

THANK YOU FOR REPORTING BROKEN MOVIE LINKS! IF YOU SEE THE OLD PLAYER – REFRESH THE PAGE! IF THE MOVIE LAGS OR PAUSES, CLICK “PAUSE” FOR A MINUTE, THEN RESUME PLAYING TO ALLOW IT TO PRELOAD.
If you find a movie that does NOT play, Click the REPORT BROKEN MOVIE link under the movie player! – You do NOT Have to give your email address, simply click to report it! – Otherwise it will NOT be fixed!

You will have to use another browser or try the trouble shooting steps below the player. (IPADS AND IPHONES WILL USUALLY NOT PLAY IFRAME MOVIES! – ITS APPLE, NOT US)

XTC movies are presented in an “Iframe” – as most online movies are.  Ipads, and Iphones have a known issue with compatibility with IFrames, this is an ongoing issue that Apple has not resolved as of yet.

TIP: Use something besides internet explorer if you’re not seeing the movies. Internet explorer requires Adobe Flash (get it here) to play movies just like most other movie sites.
You may just need to enable your flash! Click the GEAR Icon in the upper RIGHT corner of your Internet Explorer browser, then click “Manage Add On’s”On the lower left select “show ALL browser add-on’s” Then make sure shockwave flash or adobe flash is ENABLED

XTC is optimized for the Chrome Browser! (which comes standard with adobe flash)

Some Firefox browsers also do not allow iframes – You will have to use a different browser, or different method of viewing the movies if either of the above is the case, or set your browser to allow them.

If a movie pauses or tries to load, Simply click “Pause” let it load for a minute (go fix a drink or popcorn) then click “play” again..

If you have reported a movie, and still see the old player, REFRESH the page!

If you still do not see the new player, you will have to clear your browser’s cache & cookies.

YOU SHOULD NEVER BE WATCHING MOVIES ONLINE FROM ANY SITE WITHOUT SOME TYPE OF ADBLOCKER!
